Grown, produced and distilled in the Sonoran mountains, Cola Blanca is a Bacanora made in a traditional way: handcrafted in small batches with 100% Agave Pacifica and cooked with mesquite in hole-ovens. Smoother than mezcal, smokier than tequila - yet just as powerful as either - Bacanora boasts a history as complex as its flavor and wild as its spirits.
