Bermutto Sake Vermouth from Japan
Although not technically a vermouth because it's not wine-based, it is considered such in Japan. Junmai Sake is fortified w/ rice shochu, acidified w/ local citrus, bitters, spices & herbs indigenous to Japan. Try in place of vermouth in a gin martini. Can be enjoyed neat or in a spritz with soda water or white wine.

Bayab Burnt Orange & Marula Gin from South Africa
Botanicals are sourced from Ghana and Zambia. Distilled with Marula fruit picked from the elephant tree as well as baobab fruit, cinnamon, burnt orange peel, coriander and sea salt. Smooth orange gin with an African citrus vibe.

Ha'Penny Rhubarb Gin from Ireland
Slowly distilled by hand in medieval copper pot stills at The Shed Distillery, this flagship creation of the curious mind, combines the 8 pot still and 4 vapor infused botanicals collected from China. Featuring fresh citrus and Chinese gunpowder tea.

Mr. Three & Bros Falernum from Italy
Created as a handmade liqueur by bartender Edoardo Nono & the team from "Rita & Cocktails'" in Milan. Made w/ Barbados black rhum, ginger root, citrus, sugar, spices & bitter almond. Try in the place of ginger beer to cocktails (just add soda water) or any cocktail that you want to a citrus/ginger flavor too.
