This exclusive collaboration includes dishes from: Beaut Burger, Rollies, Kukai, and Decibel. Westbound will be handling the drink pairings to elevate each bite.

1st Course: Beaut Burger
Mexican Street Corn Esquite w/ Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips

2nd Course: Rollie’s & Kukai Collaboration

Birria Wonton Tostada
Crispy wonton, rich birria, topped with gingered lotus daikon slaw and finished with smoky salsa macha.
